These Terms and Conditions explain how customers use the Husnalogy website, place orders, and purchase our products or services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to availability, review, and acceptance. Cash on Delivery is the launch payment method. The website subtotal excludes any delivery charge that still needs review.
Personalized Products
Personalized items are made to order using the details supplied by the customer. Please check all wording, names, dates, photos, and design choices before submitting your order.
Digital Products
Digital products are prepared using the approved order details. Husnalogy confirms the available delivery or collection method during order review; digital products may be non-refundable once prepared or supplied.
Proofs and Revisions
A digital proof may be provided for selected products or when Husnalogy confirms one is required. Customers should review any supplied proof carefully before approving production.
Shipping and Delivery
For delivery orders, Husnalogy reviews the destination and confirms the delivery charge before fulfillment. Store pickup has no delivery charge.
Returns and Refunds
Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact Husnalogy promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order.
Customer Files
Customers must have the right to use any uploaded photos, artwork, wording, names, or files. Submitted materials should be clear, accurate, and suitable for the product selected.
Intellectual Property
Husnalogy designs, templates, product images, website content, artwork, and brand materials remain the property of Husnalogy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Account Use
Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate and protecting login information. Orders placed through an account are treated as authorized by the account holder.
